" Be Happy" is the theme of this bear.   This bright yellow bear is covered with smiley faces!!   He  wears a bright pink ribbon and has the word" SMILE"embroidered on the front.   On the back is the slogan "BE HAPPY" with a pink smiley face embroidered on the back.  Collectors love to collect anything with the smiley face on it and this definitely fits the bill!  The chase bear as shown features an embroidered smiley face on its foot.
